At StoneLuxe, we want you to love your glow. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to hygiene and cosmetic safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any tanning products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
You may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in a resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Allergic Reactions
As skin types vary, StoneLuxe cannot accept responsibility for individual allergic reactions. We recommend carrying out a patch test 24 hours before use.
Refunds will not be issued for adverse skin reactions where the product has been used as directed.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as StoneLuxe cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
